An alumni of the Indian Institute of Materials Management, Prasad has held Leadership positions in Indian & International organizations spanning the Manufacturing, International Trading, Technology, Mining & Infrastructure sectors.
During his corporate stint, he has led large teams across the procurement, planning, marketing, production and operations domains.
His myriad passions also include wildlife photography and travelling.
Facilitating Leadership Programs across 12 countries (Australia, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam) Mohana, specialises in developing leadership capabilities and coaching conversations.
She led the initiative for MHRF to be accredited by ICF, to conduct our own ACSTH ACC program titled “Potential 2 Performance” enabling Leaders, Managers and individuals to learn coaching skills and use it to help people realise their potential.
Having had a 30 year job experience with corporates, she seamlessly evolved as a Business & Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator. Working with leaders of Organisations like Aditya Birla Group, HDFC Group, Godrej, Merck Life Sciences, TCS, Astellas Pharma and L&T amongs a few, she has enabled Leaders to enhance their Business & People strategies and thereby organisational bottomlines.
Being a certified MBTI, FIRO B & Insights Profile Accredited assessor, a transformation agent through Landmark and Sumedhas – The Applied Behavioural Psychology Institute as well a NLP Practitioner, she uses a unique blend of these techniques to help Organisations & People realise their unique potential and constantly align and achieve their aspirations.
Her mentoring has led MHRF, to be actively involved in HR Consulting and Training initiatives in India and Abroad. MHRF has contributed to people transformation, Leadership development and HR consulting not only in India but across the globe.
